Our DiaCut and DiaPress products are the ideal solution for your punching and forming processes, designed to keep work pieces residue free, be easy to wash off and offer corrosion protection, ash-free evaporation during heat treatment, optimal wetting and adhesion for multi-stage tools, as well as the option of sprayed electrostatic application.
DiaCut
Our heavy duty DiaCut lubricants are formulated from selected base oils and enriched with specific additives to give thermally stable lubricating films with high pressure resistance, offering optimum product flow and less tool wear. Free from chlorine and heavy metals and adapted for the requirements of your punching process, our DiaCut products offer you the best wetting and separating properties for punching of thin aluminium sheets or fine cutting works with high alloy steels.
DiaPress
The forming oils of our DiaPress series are produced using base oils with a low aromatic content. They are free from chlorine, heavy metals and oil mist, have a high ageing resistance, and good viscosity-temperature behaviour. The additives we use to give the DiaPress range its high pressure resistance, even under extreme heat, do not present any dermatological risk and give the products an excellent surface-active adhesion with good wetting and release properties.
Our DiaPress series can be used in all forming processes, offering a range of viscosities and are both easily sprayed or pumped, adapting to your process requirements. DiaPress can be used for all cold formed steels but not for non-ferrous metal.
